This is a 6-week bodybuilding program that focuses on building as much muscle as possible while increasing strength. This program is tough and will push your physique to its limits every session if utilized and executed properly. Since this program is based on the principles of an individual body part split, you must ensure you attend the gym 5 days a week for it to be effective. Moreover, each session must be executed at 110%! If you can commit to these requirements, this is the program you have been looking for.
This is my personal program, which I have perfected and used over my 5 years of lifting. It has built my dream physique, and it can do the same for you, as long as you're willing to commit the time to better yourself.
The program can be repeated after the 6-week cycle is over.
